Customer issued PDF, 2D or 3D drawing to us, if no drawing, customer can send samples to us for reference.

Quotation reply

After receiving customer new RFQ, we'll quote to customer within 3days, including CIF, FOB or others

Material & Manufacture Confirmation

After quotation approval, we'll provide detail information to customer, the material types, such as DC53, K110, S390, S690, S790 etc.

Life time

The tooling life time, tooling component life time, parameter data as well, we can meet 100% surface finish, 0.001-0.003 size tolerance, for rotor stator, the rotation for lamination within 180 degree, and the stamping speed can reach 350-400 strokes per min.

Leadtime feedback

Usually the tooling components lead time is 1-3weeks, and die manufacture is about 1-6 months, we will feedback the lead time according to customer's precision request. this is just manufacture time, not including the shipment time.

Payment discussion

We can accept the TT, LC, Payment advance, or others

Samples submit

If the die is manufactured, we'll submit 2-5pcs to customer for checking, other extra quantity, will be taken charge of by us.

Sample approval

Customer checking the samples, please approval to us by written form.

Shipment arrangement

Normally the shipment will according customer request, by DHL, FEDEX , UPS or by sea, by air.

The goods confirm

The goods confirmed by our customer passed ISO9001, we'll do full inspect before shipment

The balance payment finish

After customer confirm the goods, the balance payment should finish within 2 weeks.
